Refunds & Returns Policy
We take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping healthy carnivorous plants. However, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong in transit. Our goal is to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
📸 Unboxing & Reporting Issues
Please take clear photos of the unboxing process as soon as you receive your package.
If there is anything wrong — such as damaged plants, incorrect plants, or any other issues — please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the parcel.

We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.
❗ Refund & Return Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be accepted more than 7 days after delivery.
The plant must have been properly cared for during this time. This includes:
Using the correct water (rainwater, distilled water, or reverse osmosis)
Providing the right amount of light (according to the plant's needs)
Avoiding extreme temperatures or neglect
The plant must be returned in its original condition:
No leaves, traps, or pitchers may be cut or removed
The plant must not be trimmed, repotted, or otherwise altered
If a return is requested, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the plant must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.
🔍 Our Process
We will assess your photos and feedback to determine the best way to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
In some cases, we may request the plant be returned for further inspection before a final decision is made.
🌱 A Note on Plant Condition
Some minor damage to leaves, pitchers, or traps is normal during shipping and does not qualify as a fault. This includes:
Slight wilting, browning, or bending of foliage
Traps or pitchers that dry out from shipping stress
With proper care, your plant should recover quickly from these minor issues.
