We take special care to ensure your carnivorous plants arrive healthy and on time. Because these plants are often delicate, we’ve designed our shipping schedule to protect them from unnecessary stress or delays during transit.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders every Monday to Wednesday.
Orders placed before Wednesday at 08:00 will be shipped by Wednesday at 12:00 of the same week.
Orders placed after 08:00 on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
This schedule helps us avoid weekend delays, where packages might be stuck in warehouses or lockers — especially risky for live plants.
Courier Delays & Public Holidays
If there’s a delay due to a public holiday or an issue on the courier's side, we’ll notify you right away and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Local Pickup Option
Prefer to collect your plants in person? You're welcome to pick up your order from:

Orders are usually ready for pickup the next day.
